Codex of Reality
Stationed in an older part of the public district, the Codex is a large warehouse building. Inside the Codex has two potions, the offices and the codex itself. The offices house the higher ranked codifiers and other office personnel. The codex portion of the building is a near infinite, self restructuring, storehouse of files. It was designed by the aasimar wizard Ellison of Elysium. He managed a tardisian level of matter compression, that allowed the Codex to house it ludicrous number files. He also weaves into it plainer magic of intent walking to allow fast travel around the complex. In addition to his monetary reimbursement Ellison required that the building be given a grandiose name. That is why it is called the Codex of Reality.
For people walking drought the codex it consists of many rows of sliding out folder boxes. The warehouse is intuitive. It will guide the person to the section they wish to go to , even if the person doesn’t know where that is. It will also add boxes between other boxes if a file box in needed there. The offices work on a similar principle, but this is less needed.
